S-Bond is a highly versatile material designed for use in automotive sound attenuation applications, and as a filler piece in molded foam parts. It is easily customized to your specific application and most importantly all coils, and sheet goods can be manufactured to your part size, thereby minimizing the scrap in your process.

S-Bond is 100% recyclable along with all of your process scrap, with or without lamination.

The S-Bond process is designed for easy change and is considered the most flexible process in the industry today. Thus, every order is a special order with NO additional set-up or add-on charges.

1. The S-Bond recycling process starts by using approximately 50% post consumer and 50% post automotive industrial scrap materials. The granulated materials are carefully blended, then molded into logs or blocks using elastomeric urethane adhesive.
2. Coils and sheet goods are peeled from S-Bond logs that are manufactured to meet your specific firmness, density, and web width requirements.

   With a web width manufactured to match your part size you have minimal scrap in your process.

   Web Widths: 10cm - 210cm

   Sheet sizes: To your specification

3. S-Bond logs are precision peeled in a wide range of thicknesses to your specifications.

   Coil and Sheet Thickness Range:
   .5cm - 3.2cm -OR- 3.2cm
   Not thick enough? Have slabs cut to
   any thickness from Blocks:
   50cm x 137cm x 182cm

4. Have it plain...or apply any of a wide variety of laminations—in any millage or color to meet your specific application.
